JUPODD PURCHASE TERMS

These Terms of Purchase (“Purchase Terms”) govern orders placed through jupodd.com (the “Website”). The JUPODD online store is operated by Hebei Junqu Trading Co., Ltd. (“JUPODD,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

These Purchase Terms form part of the agreement between you and JUPODD whenever you purchase a product from our Website. They should be reviewed together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.

Where another policy on our Website contains additional conditions relating to an order, those conditions will also apply. If there is an inconsistency concerning a purchase, these Purchase Terms will generally control unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Please read these Purchase Terms before completing checkout. By placing an order with JUPODD, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted the conditions described below.

1. WHO MAY PLACE AN ORDER

2. PLACING AND ACCEPTING ORDERS

When an order is submitted, you may receive an automated confirmation email showing the details we have received. This email confirms receipt of your order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance or confirmation that the order has been dispatched.

Before an order is fulfilled, we may review the transaction for payment authorization, inventory availability, delivery information, and fraud or security concerns.

We reserve the right, where reasonably necessary, to decline, restrict, or cancel an order. This may occur, for example, when:

If we cancel an order for which payment has already been successfully collected, the applicable amount will be returned to the original payment method.

The time required for the funds to become visible in your account is determined by your bank, card issuer, or payment service provider.

We aim to provide useful and accurate information about the products offered on JUPODD, including photographs, descriptions, colors, dimensions, features, and other available specifications.

Nevertheless, certain differences may occur between what you see on a screen and the physical item you receive. Screen settings, lighting, photography, production batches, material characteristics, and manufacturing tolerances can all influence the appearance of a product.

Product images are therefore intended to provide a reliable visual representation rather than guarantee that every minor detail will be identical.

Small variations in color, finish, texture, packaging, or other non-essential characteristics may occur as products are updated or produced in different batches.

Before completing a purchase, please review the full product page and the specifications shown there. Information displayed in advertisements, collection previews, social media posts, or quick-view interfaces may contain only a shortened description of the product.

If the item delivered to you is incorrect, arrives damaged, or materially differs from the product you ordered, please contact service@jupodd.com and include your order number. Photographs or video may be requested when they are reasonably necessary for us to evaluate the issue.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENT

Current product prices are displayed on jupodd.com and may be revised from time to time.

The amount applicable to your purchase will be presented during checkout before you submit payment.

Depending on the destination and order, the checkout page may also show applicable shipping costs, promotional discounts, and taxes collected by JUPODD.

Your financial institution may independently impose currency conversion charges, international transaction fees, card fees, or similar costs. These charges are determined by the relevant institution and are not collected or controlled by JUPODD.

Payment options available to you will be displayed at checkout. Available methods may differ according to country, currency, device, or payment provider.

All transactions remain subject to authorization and security checks by the applicable payment provider.

In some circumstances, your bank may show a temporary authorization or pending charge even when an order is subsequently cancelled or declined. The timing for removal of such an authorization is controlled by your financial institution.

5. INCORRECT PRICES OR LISTING INFORMATION

We take reasonable measures to keep our product listings, pricing, availability, and promotional information accurate. However, technical, publishing, or human errors can occasionally occur.

If we discover an error that materially affects an order, we may notify you before fulfillment and provide the corrected information.

Depending on the circumstances, you may be given the opportunity to proceed with the corrected order or cancel the affected product.

Where legally permitted, JUPODD may cancel and refund an order affected by an obvious pricing, promotional, or listing error.

6. PROMOTIONAL OFFERS AND DISCOUNT CODES

JUPODD may offer discounts, promotional codes, limited-time offers, bundles, or other promotional benefits.

We will not intentionally replace an ordered item with a materially different product without your agreement.

8. ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY

Most JUPODD orders are prepared for shipment within 5 business days after an order has been successfully placed and payment has been confirmed.

Orders made during weekends or public holidays may begin processing on the following business day.

Following dispatch, estimated delivery is generally 10–20 business days, although actual transit times depend on the destination and shipping conditions.

Factors that may affect delivery include carrier operations, customs clearance, local inspections, weather conditions, public holidays, peak shipping periods, and events outside our reasonable control.

Any delivery timeframe provided on the Website is an estimate unless we expressly state that a particular delivery date is guaranteed.

Where tracking is available, tracking details will normally be provided after shipment. Carrier systems may require additional time after dispatch before the first tracking event becomes visible.

If we become aware of a material delay affecting an unshipped order, we will provide information where reasonably possible and offer any options required under applicable law.

9. SHIPPING INFORMATION AND ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please carefully review your shipping information before completing an order.

Customers are responsible for providing a full, accurate, and deliverable address, including any apartment number, postal code, recipient information, or other information necessary for successful delivery.

Requests to change an address should be submitted before 11:00 PM PDT (GMT−7) on the same day the order is placed.

Please include your order number and the complete corrected address.

Submitting a request does not guarantee that an address can still be changed. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been transferred to the carrier, modifications may no longer be possible.

Where permitted by law, JUPODD is not responsible for delivery problems resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the customer.

If a package must be shipped again because it was returned due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the shipment, additional shipping costs may apply unless applicable law requires otherwise.

10. CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER

If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist with requests received before production, fulfillment, or shipment begins.

A cancellation or modification is not considered approved until confirmation has been provided by JUPODD customer service.

For an approved cancellation made before shipment, eligible amounts already paid will be refunded through the original payment method.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is generally no longer possible. If the item qualifies under our return conditions, you may request a return after receiving it.

11. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

A request to return an eligible product must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or stated in our Return & Refund Policy, returned merchandise must be:

• Unused
• In its original condition
• Returned with its original packaging
• Accompanied by valid proof of purchase

Before sending any product back, please contact service@jupodd.com for return instructions.

Do not automatically send a return to the manufacturer or to the shipping address printed on the parcel. The appropriate return destination may be different and will be provided when your return request is reviewed.

Returned merchandise may be inspected before a refund is approved.

When a refund is approved, it will normally be issued to the same payment method used for the original transaction. Bank and payment-provider processing times vary, so the refund may not appear immediately after it has been issued.

JUPODD does not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.

Nothing in these Purchase Terms is intended to reduce consumer rights that cannot legally be waived or restricted.

12. TAXES, DUTIES, AND CROSS-BORDER CHARGES

Depending on the destination, an international order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage charges, or other government-imposed fees.

Unless a particular charge is expressly shown as included and collected during checkout, these amounts may be payable separately by the recipient.

JUPODD does not control charges independently imposed by customs authorities, governments, carriers, or customs brokers.

Local authorities may also request documentation or additional information before a shipment is released.

Failure to comply with customs requirements or pay applicable import charges may result in the shipment being delayed, returned, or otherwise handled according to local customs and carrier procedures.

13. PRODUCT USE, CARE, AND SUITABILITY

JUPODD offers drinkware and related lifestyle products with different designs, materials, structures, and intended uses.

Before using a product, please review the instructions and specifications shown on its product page or included with the item.

Where relevant, these may include information concerning:

• Recommended beverage temperatures
• Cleaning and care
• Dishwasher suitability
• Microwave suitability

• Capacity and dimensions
• Use of lids, straws, seals, or other components
• Any product-specific precautions

Do not assume that every JUPODD product is suitable for the same temperatures, appliances, beverages, or cleaning methods.
