At JUPODD, we aim to make the delivery process clear and straightforward from the moment your order is placed until it reaches you. The information below explains our standard processing, shipping, tracking, and address-change procedures.
Order Preparation
After your order is successfully submitted, please allow up to 5 business days for processing and preparation before shipment.
Orders placed on weekends or recognized public holidays will normally enter processing on the following business day. Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipment confirmation.
Delivery Estimates
After dispatch, most orders are expected to arrive within approximately 10–20 business days.
This timeframe is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date. Transit times can differ based on your country or region, local carrier operations, customs clearance, inspections, weather disruptions, peak shipping periods, and other circumstances outside JUPODD's reasonable control.
Tracking Your Package
When tracking is available for your shipment, we will send a confirmation email containing your tracking number after the package has been dispatched.

Please note that a newly issued tracking number may not show movement immediately. Carriers sometimes require additional time to scan the parcel and upload the first tracking event.

Updating a Delivery Address
Please review your delivery information carefully before submitting an order.
If you need to correct or change your shipping address, your request must be sent before 11:00 PM PDT (GMT−7) on the same day the order was placed.

We will make reasonable efforts to update eligible orders, but an address change cannot be guaranteed once packing, fulfillment, or shipping has already started.
Billing Address vs. Shipping Address
Your billing address and delivery address do not need to be the same.
You may send your JUPODD purchase to another eligible delivery address, including a residential, workplace, or gift recipient address, where supported.
Before completing checkout, please make sure that the recipient name, street address, apartment or unit number, city, postal code, region, and other required delivery information are accurate.
Delivery Issues and Delays
JUPODD processes shipments on standard business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Although we work to have orders delivered within the estimated timeframe, certain events can affect a shipment after it leaves our fulfillment process.
These may include carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, transportation disruptions, local inspections, incorrect or incomplete customer-provided addresses, and other events outside our reasonable control.
